After I gave up on #mu4e a couple of weeks ago, I tried setting it up again. I still reach to MailMate from time to time but all in all it seems to work. I also have working xbar-plugins for mail-counts in the menu-bar and notifications with terminal-notifier now on #macOS #emacs

@nielsk Can't count the number of times I've been setting up mu4e, it breaks after a while if I update Doom Emacs due to conflicting versions of mu. I've mostly given up, I'm on Protonmail as well, making the setup much harder.
