Found my last can of vegetables for the Iranian Ghorme-Sabzi stew.
It is one of the most delicious Iranian stew that is impossible to make here because the fresh vegetables are not available here.
I bought a bunch of these cans when I was in Paris and used them all in the past 2 years I've been here.
The stew is 1kg beef, cooked well, then vegetables added & 2 cans of kidney beans with some dried lime.
Slow cooked for an hour or 2 and served with basmati rice.
