Federal judge rules #KilmarAbregoGarcia can’t be re-detained by #immigration
#ICE cannot re-detain Abrego Garcia because a 90-day detention period has expired & the govt has no viable plan for deporting him, a judge ruled Tues.
The case has become a focal point in the immigration debate after he was ILLEGALLY deported to #ElSalvador last year. Since his return, he has been fighting another #deportation to a series of African countries proposed by #DHS.
