Two bright yellow daffodil blooms have opened in a small clump of the flowers. It was over 70F two days last week, so apparently they thought it was time. Flurries, and lows in the teens over the next couple of days might make them think otherwise.

Hey, #Asheville, put away those short sleeved shirts from the last few days, as we have 2 days of cold, snow and winds again. Nothing like what the northeast will be facing, however.

Those 5 daffodils that bloomed yesterday will be in for a surprise.
