Transparency notice: just deleted several of my posts on here and FediTips.

Someone sent abuse to me on FediTips, so I blocked them on my own server. They replied to me on here so I blocked them here too.

At this point I'd blocked them on all my accounts, I had no way of seeing what they were posting any more.

Later found out via someone else that they'd replied they were LGBTQIA+ and black and claimed this was why I had blocked them. I couldn't see this reply and I didn't know this, there was nothing on their profile or in previous posts about their background.

To avoid danger of a toxic thread developing, I deleted my posts.

@FediThing you run @FediFollows too right? I asked to have our accounts added 6 months ago to the religion section. No reply and they were not added. I pointed out that it seemed you were very slow to address anyone queer or queer supporting and you unleashed on me. I think I am starting to see a pattern here. Maybe it is not us that has the problem…

You've brought this up before (https://social.growyourown.services/@FediFollows/115295130909111589), and as I said then I did not receive anything from you about this. How did you send them to me? Which address did you use?

If you can message me the accounts I can have a look at them.

I just searched my email to make sure and I have nothing from you either then or now. If you can let me know which address you used that might solve things.

I'm very happy to list queer accounts, I have a whole section for them at https://fedi.directory/tag/lgbtqia

I promote queer accounts regularly on FediFollows.

I'm queer myself.

As I can't find any trace of it, is it possible you're sending it to the wrong email?

If you can let me know which email you are sending it to now, I can make sure it's the right address.

I don't know what else I can say in this situation, and I'm not sure what you mean by "truly going on". Are you saying I'm anti-queer?

I have volunteered in queer organisations all my adult life, and I'm visible enough to have been abused on the street. It isn't very nice to be accused of being one of those that attack me.

@FediThing you can list them together. And if you don’t mind putting them in religion and lgbt categories that would be great. But I will leave that up to you. You know the directory better than I do! lol
