Ripley’s sorting out the world’s problems as I nurse my Sunday coffee in our freshly reorganized kitchen. Having evolved over almost 30 years, this kitchen’s organization was chaotic and senseless but familiar. It was a wise decision to let Ripley keep the egg carton when reorganizing the kitchen. Cats and egg cartons – an ideal combination. And a good constant for you. Your supervisor is working in his usual place.

Our cats love this cardboard too. It looks so cosy when they sit on top of it.
Sometimes we also use the smaller egg cartons (ours usually hold either six or ten eggs) to hide treats inside (under crumpled paper or something like that). It's a favourite game.

Well, you have to look at it this way: they allow us humans to live in their household. So it's not too much to ask that they claim the best spots for themselves
