Wall Street Journal:

#Iran has offered to suspend uranium enrichment for 3 years, export some of its enriched uranium stockpile, possibly to Russia, & explore future U.S.-Iranian trade ties if sanctions are lifted. However, it has refused to completely abandon its nuclear program.

#US wants a complete halt to enrichment along with restrictions on Iran’s missile program, while Iran is also seeking a significant lifting of sanctions, including access to blocked oil revenues.

@indyradio
I grew up reading 2001 space Odyssey and watching Jetson cartoons.

When Berlin wall fell, I met an old swedish man who fought Franco in Spain and joined Norwegian partisans during WW2. He warned me that we will go back to pre Bolshevik revolution in Europe with no accountability and colonialist laws based on power (economy and military) and barbarian treatment of developing nations.

Stupid me, laughed at him.

I wish I could meet him today and apologize to him

@faab64 It really was epic and even spiritual, so much was attached to that wall, Otto Jahn, his story is not finished, and neither are the Nazis.
I also had some further thoughts about Persia. I met with Robert Bly in a professor's basement just before he went to visit Persia. If you see it that way, there are fewer problems. One interesting thing he said was about how clever the Shia are, but, ultimately corrupt.
by fewer problems I mean - simply enjoying shared culture. They will do that.
