@BigJackBrass I didn't even need to hit play. As soon as I saw the image, the music started playing in my head.
@Printdevil I don't remember what the first film was I saw in the Tonic, but I remember being introduced to Folk Horror there when my parents took me to see Watership Down.
It was an epic cinema. The queues were always insane. Different era.
I saw Terror of Mechagodzilla there.
Epic.

The tonic matinee double features were particularly strange, they were things like "The Admirable Crichton" (interlude oi a video about how milk bottles make it to your door), racist cartoons about mice, and then the main feature "Godzilla hates on Tokyo"
