(À noter : l'ASPAS se bat notamment pour que le blaireau soit classé en espèce protégée car il est encore considéré comme nuisible et subit notamment la pratique cruelle du déterrage).

Got a 12mm flat head hex bit of Amazon for not much and turned a London pattern handle on my cheapo micro lathe

The wood is a scrap from an elder tree in our garden that died

I built a drawer for my desk.

First time using box joints (cut with a router). First time installing the bottom in a groove.

Not all went as expected. The wood (10mm oak board) arrieved warped, probably due to temperature and humidity changes. A few mistakes were made here and there.

Nevertheless I'm really happy with the result.

Encollage d'un petit plateau à partir de planches de palette !

C'est la première fois que je fais un plateau (oui, parce que si j'avais vraiment voulu, j'avais des plateaux en stock, mais c'est pas drôle, je voulais essayer de le faire moi-même 😁

J'ai mis TOUS les serre-joints que j'avais, les planches ne sont pas parfaitement droites, mais comme ça ne devrait pas subir trop de contraintes, je peux espérer que ce soit suffisant. Et puis si ça fonctionne pas, tant pis !

Résultats ce soir ou demain !! 🤞

Bonjour contrée de Mastodon ! Inspiration "Lord of the rings" ce matin avec cette mini sculpture montée en pendentif inspirée de l'univers graphique du Seigneur des anneaux (tiré de l'œuvre de J. R. R. Tolkien) et du célèbre bijou de Arwen "Evenstar".

Ce n'est pas tout à fait le même design, et il est en bois sculpté main ✨ Aujourd'hui, je continue de travailler sur la prochaine collection.
