Orchid and Hummingbirds in the Wilderness (1871) by Martin Johnson Heade (1819-1904). Perhaps inspired by the writings of Charles Darwin, the artist studied nature in the wild during several expeditions to South America. Salut à toi, Ô Fediverse ! Ce matin, un peu de douceur avec ce petit blaireau qui est un peu notre "panda européen", ici en bois sculpté main réalisé il y a un petit moment maintenant.
(À noter : l'ASPAS se bat notamment pour que le blaireau soit classé en espèce protégée car il est encore considéré comme nuisible et subit notamment la pratique cruelle du déterrage).
