What I am trying to find out is what people have heard to establish whether or not the *assertion* about public understanding is as economists claim.
To give an example of why I think the phrasing of a question could make a huge impact. If people interpreted come to power as becoming politically powerful Hitler was indeed incredibly popular overwhelmingly popular in the early 1920s.
And then he had a vacation..
And then he ended up in political office in the early 1930s.

- Hyperinflatiom was ~ 1923.
- Hitler got tasked to form a government in 1933.
