Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) is being run by an aggressive, paranoid, power hungry administration that has no respect for civil rights, law, or human life. The system has monetary incentives to arrest and incarcerate as many people as they can in the many concentration camps they're building. They don't care where or how they find the bodies.
